It sits in a beautiful part of the Princess Street gardens area of Edinburgh, Scotland. Yes, there are stairs. No, we did not climb them.

Wow, that design is so intricate and ornate. It must have taken a long time to build this. Victorian Gothic, how neat. Pretty cool that you put a link to largest monument to a writer, Jose’ Marti Memorial. I checked it out and it is not nearly as cool as the this one!
